5000 years ago Ayurveda was originated in India. To optimize the emotional, physical and spiritual health, you will have to follow certain diet plan. Ayurveda consider three different body types comes under Doshas : Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The set of characteristics possessed by every dosha is very unique.

The Kapha Dosha is largest part of the body type. Wide shoulders, good physical stamina and heavy wavy hair. Mentally, this types tend to learn slowly but they have very good memories.

The Pitta Dosha people have medium physics. They enjoy high energy levels but have tendency of pre-mature gray hair. They also possessed strong digestion and have strong mental stability.

The third is Vita Dosha people have difficulty in gaining weight. Physically they are thin and have strong bone structure. Mentally they are very creative and have fast learning power.
